Sathya started his career in IT development with DSQ Software focused on iSeries & Synon and went onto working in companies like EDS, IBM & CVS Health in the US. A distinct individual with diverse familiarity in the healthcare domain in areas of product sales, operations, account management and PBM migrations.

Sathya as the Healthcare Practice Head, drives the global healthcare practice for Accion Labs, developing digital platform accelerators, account management, PBM migration & client services. Based in Dallas, Texas (USA), Sathya is the customer’s trusted business advisor. With an impeccable track record of working in health plans, employer plans and a broad enterprise-wide view of the US government healthcare programs he has very unique strategies and processes for excellence in business delivery models of cross-organizational ownership and accountability.
